An initial planning meeting to review your plans, vision, and priorities
A final details check-in a few weeks before your wedding
Creation of a custom, detailed wedding day timeline
Vendor & Logistics Support
Communication and coordination with all vendors leading up to and on the wedding day
Confirmation of arrival times, setup needs, and transitions
Thoughtful ceremony coordination, including guest seating and wedding party cueing
Wedding Day Care
Rehearsal guidance, including a one-hour ceremony run-through
Full wedding day coordination to keep your timeline on track
Hands-on setup and teardown of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception décor
Oversight of key reception moments, including entrances, toasts, first dances, and cake cutting
Behind-the-scenes support with access to a fully stocked emergency kit
A curated collection of 10–20 candid Polaroid moments from your coordinator’s point of view
Coverage: Up to 14 hours of coordination
Booking: $250 deposit due upon contract signing
Includes one lead coordinator. A second coordinator may be added for $250 for expanded coverage or larger guest counts.
