Includes one lead planner. A second coordinator may be added for $250 for expanded coverage or larger guest counts.

A custom planning timeline and checklist tailored to your wedding
Contract and invoice review with payment tracking
Ongoing planning meetings and open communication throughout the process
Design & Vendor Support
Vendor sourcing, selection, and ongoing management
Design and layout guidance to create a cohesive, elevated aesthetic
Attendance at key vendor meetings and site visits for expert insight and advocacy
Wedding Week & Day-Of Care
A comprehensive wedding day timeline shared with vendors and your wedding party
Rehearsal coordination and ceremony cueing
Full wedding day coordination, including setup, décor placement, vendor management, and teardown
Behind-the-scenes support throughout your day, including access to a fully stocked emergency kit
(Optional) A curated collection of candid Polaroid moments captured from your planner’s point of view

Booking: $500 deposit due upon contract signing
