A comprehensive kickoff meeting to review your wedding vision, budget, and planning progress
Ongoing check-ins to ensure vendors, timelines, and remaining details stay on track
Support with recommending or finalizing any remaining vendors
One venue walkthrough to confirm logistics, layout, and flow
A final details meeting in the months leading up to your wedding
Design & Vendor Support
Assistance with ceremony and reception layout design for optimal flow
Creation of a polished, detailed wedding day timeline
Vendor communication and logistics management, including arrival times, setup, and transitions
Wedding Week & Day-Of Care
Rehearsal coordination and ceremony cueing, including a one-hour run-through
Full wedding day coordination so every detail is managed seamlessly
Setup and teardown of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception décor
Oversight of key reception moments, including entrances, toasts, first dances, and cake cutting
Behind-the-scenes problem-solving and access to my fully stocked emergency kit
