    Wedding coordination (sometimes called month-of coordination) is for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to step in during the final weeks to manage details and ensure the day runs smoothly.

  • A signed contract and deposit secure your date. The remaining balance is typically split due 2 weeks before your event. I will review all payment details during your consultation so there are no surprises.

  • Communication is key. I connect through email, scheduled meetings, and text / phone calls as needed. Full-service clients receive ongoing planning support, and coordination clients receive structured check-ins leading up to the big day.

  • Absolutely. I am onsite to manage vendors, oversee setup, handle any unexpected issues, keep the timeline moving, and allow you and your family to be fully present and stress-free.
